UAE Corporate Tax Calculator

What this calculator does

Under UAE Corporate Tax Law, taxable income up to AED 375,000 is taxed at 0%, with the standard 9% rate applying above that threshold. Taxable income isn't the same as accounting profit — it's calculated by starting with your accounting net profit and applying adjustments: adding back non-deductible expenses, subtracting exempt income, and applying tax loss relief. Businesses with revenue not exceeding AED 3,000,000 in a tax period may instead elect Small Business Relief, which treats them as having no taxable income — meaning 0% tax on all their income for that period. This tool calculates your taxable income from your accounting profit and estimates your Corporate Tax liability.

Disclaimer

This calculator provides an indicative estimate for guidance purposes only, using a simplified set of the most common taxable income adjustments. It does not account for tax groups, Qualifying Free Zone Person status, Small Business Relief exclusions (such as membership of a Multinational Enterprise Group), interest deduction limitations, unrealised gains/losses elections, or other adjustments specific to your business. Small Business Relief is an election, not automatic, and is only available for tax periods ending on or before 31 December 2026. PrimeLedger Consultancy FZCO does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of the result produced by this tool. Please cross-check your result with a qualified expert, such as PrimeLedger, and refer to official Federal Tax Authority guidance before making any tax decisions.
